We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but please allow for reasonable differences.

Prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) and include VAT when applicable.
We accept payments via:

  • GCash

  • Major debit/credit cards

  • Other third-party providers as available

We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, or services without prior notice.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled unless approved by our team.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment issues

  • Suspected fraud or abuse

6. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for estimated delivery timelines.
We offer free shipping nationwide in the Philippines. Same-day delivery is only available within Cebu City, with a 20% rush fee.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

7. Refund & Replacement Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind or customer error.
We do offer replacements for:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Verified manufacturing defects

Unboxing video is required within 1–2 days of receiving the product to be eligible.
