Because handmade means more, we handle each order with care and we expect your experience to be just as thoughtful.


🔔 PLEASE NOTE:
Kindly take a clear video while unboxing the item, showing the full condition of the product including both the inner and outer packaging.

This video is required for any replacement request.


📌 To help us assist you better:
Please report any issues within 1–2 days of receiving the parcel.

The unboxing video (see above) helps us determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit.


We gladly offer replacements for items that:

  • Have a clear manufacturing defect, or

  • Were incorrectly delivered (wrong item received)


Examples of Acceptable Manufacturing Defects:

  • Broken strap or sole upon arrival (not caused by courier damage)

  • Uneven or unglued sole that affects wearability

  • Missing parts (e.g., buckles, stitching, embellishments)

  • Severely misaligned straps or sandal parts affecting fit or function

  • Incorrect size or style delivered despite correct order details

  • Visible glue stains, deep scratches, or material peeling right out of the box

Note: Minor marks, slight color variations, or natural imperfections are normal in handcrafted products and are not considered defects they are part of their unique charm.
