Because handmade means more, we handle each order with care and we expect your experience to be just as thoughtful.
🔔 PLEASE NOTE:
Kindly take a clear video while unboxing the item, showing the full condition of the product including both the inner and outer packaging.
This video is required for any replacement request.
📌 To help us assist you better:
Please report any issues within 1–2 days of receiving the parcel.
The unboxing video (see above) helps us determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit.
✅ We gladly offer replacements for items that:

Have a clear manufacturing defect, or

Were incorrectly delivered (wrong item received)
✅ Examples of Acceptable Manufacturing Defects:

Broken strap or sole upon arrival (not caused by courier damage)

Uneven or unglued sole that affects wearability

Missing parts (e.g., buckles, stitching, embellishments)

Severely misaligned straps or sandal parts affecting fit or function

Incorrect size or style delivered despite correct order details

Visible glue stains, deep scratches, or material peeling right out of the box
Note: Minor marks, slight color variations, or natural imperfections are normal in handcrafted products and are not considered defects they are part of their unique charm.
